1) Secure Online Payment

Once you place your order a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. Next you’ll be contact via email or by phone to begin the process of listing your home on the MLS. After the order is placed be on the look-out for all of your MLS Listing Agreements and listing instructions. Please double check your email inbox including your spam folder.

2) Complete MLS Sheet & Submit Photos

You will need to email all the required documents including the MLS listing agreements and attach your photos in order to activate your MLS Listing.

3) Activation + Syndication

Your listing with be processed within 24 to 48 hours (business hours M-F 9am-5pm exceptions are holidays) upon completion and receipt of the required MLS forms. Your property will also be syndicated to Realtor.com and many others where real estate agents can find it to present to their buyers. We do NOT guarantee syndication but it is usually seamless to all local and national real estate websites/platforms.
